I might pop up and say hi, and possibly badger someone for a passenger ride. Don't think my daily is up to the task so I'll not book the session.

We hope you all enjoyed the track evening tonight...I said the sun was going to come out!

When i left the circuit, Knockhill were short 4 helmets. If you, one of your additional drivers or passengers have accidentally taken one away can you please let me know so we can arrange to get it back.
The helmets are available at our events on a free/honesty basis but if they go missing then Knockhill will need to start charging / requiring security etc.

Our next, and last, track day of the year is on Saturday 28th October and will be available for booking through the online shop tomorrow

That's me finally home Crying or Very sad

I still thoroughly enjoyed that, just need to swap out the clutch and hopefully make the next one and have no issues.

I actually managed to drive the car home, but it was slipping above 3k to start with then anything above 2.5k, so a nice slow drive back.

That was fun, especially once we had a dry line

Great night as always.

Stepping out of a 125bhp pink Mini and straight into a 700bhp Litchfield GTR was quite extreme but very very enjoyable.

Anyone know the owner of the beautiful M4 up there last night? Very keen to find out what modifications it's running, impressive to say the least.

Thats my pal, not sure if heís on here. cup2ís/KW v2/rs29s/primary cat delete and Jb4. I think he was running standard map in the wet then ramped it up a bit trying to keep up with me when the track dried out Laughing Laughing

It was seriously quick round the ring.

Interesting. I had about 12 laps of Knockhill in a standard M4 and it was good, but slightly underwhelming. Watching that car last night you could tell it was on a totally different level. Was keeping up with the GTR no problem on the straights.

Time to raid the couch for coppers me thinks.....

After my first track night with you guys i must thank those that organised it and i have to say it was great evening...And what a great bunch of folk and a very good class of drivers, both fast and sensible (do those two normally go together Laughing )
I must however apologise to anyone following me on a couple of occasions when i had accidentally hit the indicator button on my steering wheel and didn't realise it, those guys will have thought ''Why the hell is he indicating for me to overtake yet he's not pulling over!''...i didn't know i was indicating...sorry about that! It was my first time on track with that steering wheel and kept hitting the button when i had to catch the back end when it got a bit loose on the damp parts of the track.
Anyway, thanks again for a great night.

Pete
