One thing i'm not 100% clear on Renny.

Take Fee's car for example. She has MSA compliant door numbers and front facing on Bonnet. Does she NEED to also run rear window numbers in yellow?

I can understand the front screen no, and will sort them out just now.

Just a thought, Is it possible Joe tanner could have the correct size and colour available on the day ? Think I read that's who Fee got hers from and he had a unit at Knockhill ?

No, it's either traditional MSA Numbers, as on Fee's car, or The modern Hi-Viz numbers. The bonnet number on Fee's should be on a white background, and the class number should be forward facing.

The big problem was a number of cars didn't have compliant numbers (too small / hidden amongst other stickers / not clear to see on the bodywork / missing / etc). Track marshals need to be able to identify the cars quickly and easily.

The requirements are in the Event Regs and have changed from 2015. We do tend to give some leeway, a few were asked to sort numbers out during the day, a few were told to get things sorted for next event, and others didn't totally comply, but were close enough as do.

So the B3 should be on bonnet or front screen?

Same place as a yellow 55?

Maybe just me, but that might look mighty close to an 83 Very Happy

More prizes Smile

Turner Autosport

We'll be attending the next round of Super Lap Scotland with our trade stand.
We will have a range of racewear, helmets, parts, accessories, merchandise, and last minute essentials.
We will also be putting up prizes for each class, but would like your suggestions as to how these should be allocated.
For example, our initial thinking was to award the prize for the most improved driver at each round, using a percentage improvement method to determine the winner in each class. Since these will be displayed live, we figured it would be a good incentive for competitors.
Is this the fairest way? We're open to ideas...

With reverse track on Saturday does that mean reverse entry into scrutineering shed?

No, that would confuse us (and the shed is not set up to work that way).

Parc Ferme for Saturday will be in what is normally the assembly area. Assembly will be behind the pit lane garages, by Race Control.
We'll do noise test as you come out of Scrutineering Bay.

Please, if you're out in a later Group on Saturday morning, allow us to scrutineer the cars in Groups 1 & 2 first.

Remember to have competition numbers displayed and cameras fitted before you bring your car to scrutineering.

All should return to normal on Sunday.
