Morning folks,

Sorry about the rather late post this time!

Booking now open for instruction for the evening session next weekend. Please bear in mind that this means that there are only four sessions available and I work strictly first come first served, although I will always have a reserve one (perhaps two).

Most of you know the drill by now, but to reiterate please send me a pm with your car type, real name, car reg (this is only so that I can identify you in pitlane) and any specific session requests (which I always try to accomodate). 30, 30 mins, go faster, simples.

Look forward to seeing you there in a week's time.

Please check out facebook.com/gloveboxguide - yes, the book now has it's own facebook page with interesting videos, links, tips and observations from myself, all updated about twice a week with something new to digest. "Like" the page, and never miss it.

H.

Howdy trackpeeps,

I don't know what is up with you lot at the minute, but by this time after my post goes up I am usually full. Not so as I type - what is going on? Have I got all of you up to speed and done myself out of a job?

Anyways - few spots left, so grab one if you want one. Details in the post above.

H.

Please remember to check out facebook.com/gloveboxguide for stories, classified spots, video clips and comment, opinions, tips and probably more stories! Updated roughly twice a week. Send me a question and perhaps see it answered in a feature!

Hamish, I could use some tuition but only got one seat in XR2. I suppose I could cargo strap you to the roll cage? Laughing

To anyone new to trackdays and/or racing I can recommend Hamish's book 'Trackdays - The glovebox guide'

I would have booked a slot if this was a 4hr session but at 2hrs i just want to get back out on track after the winter period for a little play about.

Hamish, are you offering instruction at the SIDC day on June 9th?

If so i will take a slot... Wink

This sounds interesting, but i dont want to commit to anything until i've had the car out and see how it actually drives on track. It may well be that i set the brakes on fire after 3 laps, and if that happens spending money on tuition on a car thats inadequate seems somewhat pointless!

If it drives alright and you happen to have a spot free on the day i'll give you a shout!

Ummm. I'll not do it this time, ta. I'll be practising most of what you showed me last time Smile
But I would like to catch up with you before the start.
